The epoxy chap arrived this morning. He told us yesterday to not let the painters paint the third floor yet as if any drips landed on the floor it wouldn't look good once he'd added the epoxy resin. We passed that message on to the builder who said he would tell the painter who then ignored it and painted the third floor anyway. Then this morning when the epoxy chap arrived the painter's assistant refused to let him start work until he had finished painting so Ivy had to get on the phone and calm everyone down so work could get done. I am wondering why Ivy and I have to keep the logistics of building this house on track. Surely that should be the work of the builder? He seems so busy and building so many properties right now that I guess some things get missed or forgotten. It's a little frustrating for us, especially Ivy has she has to field calls from upset painters and epoxy chaps.

銀行人員說:想要看看房子完成後的樣子

The finish here is probably not want Ivy wanted. I think it will still look good but probably not what she was imaging. There are two more coats to go, one tonight and then another tomorrow. Then the painters can get back in, that's if they haven't thrown their brushes out of the cots yet.
