Yard coming together

 The yard does look a bit like a desert right now.

 Hot water heater.

 Fastest way to plant trees is to use a ditch digger.

Seven truck loads of soil were delivered.

Moving Part 2

 At this point we were all about done with moving. So we tried to get as much as we could on one truck. So yes, poor photo, but there is a refrigerator, a closet and a Vespa on the back of that truck.

This was the last truckload of stuff on Sunday morning. That's Mason. Couldn't have done it without his help. Man is a workhorse.

Deck

Haven't had internet access since we moved so am at an internet cafe to upload some pics. The deck got built on Saturday. It still requires on coat of varnish but is already suitable for sitting and sundowners.

Moving

 I think I now know why people only move house once every decade or so. WTF? And this is before Ivy has started packing her clothes!

Bedroom Doors

Moving day is tomorrow! Fortunately the bedroom doors got installed today! And Mini Lee took the cover off the front door. Kinda wanted to do that myself but ah well.
有人等著要拆大門的塑膠模很久了
每次都跟我吵著要拆
我不讓他拆

我老爸給他拆掉了 = =

搬家的前一天
室內後安裝門終於裝上了

Finishing touches

 The cleaners were at the house making everything look good. Starting to look like a home now. One of the last jobs to do is to build a low wall around the yard. The builder will take care of that and we will put some steel beams into the concrete as he does it so we can build on the wall later. The irrigation ditch on the left here will also be covered.

Also finalized the kitchen today. Will take 20 days to finish and a billion dollars.
為了讓我們可以在10/9好搬進新家，建商配合我們的時間，接了臨時用水好讓清潔工人將房子清乾淨。
這個週末要開始搬一堆的箱子進去了

其實我們可以等到整個完工好再搬家，從2月開始動工到現在，時間算很充裕，不過有很多原因耽擱，目前住的房子租約到10/9號，所以就變得這麼趕

這兩天終於等到地價稅稅單下來，才能進行二次施工
希望剩下的工程可以在下禮拜二前結束
